Eckland from Helsingborg?

Looking for any information on Eckland or possible alternative spellings...my grandfather was Victor Eckland born in 1882. I find him in the Chicago, Illinois USA census but know very little about him. I know he married Hulda (Helen) Abjornsson (changed to Bjornson) who was also from Helsingborg and have been able to find her parents, grandparents, etc. I still know nothing from the Eckland side though and would love to know who they were & where they were from. If anyone has any information I would be very greatful. Thanks

Coud it be this family? This is from the cencus of 1910. They are living in East Orange, Ward 4,Essex,New Jersey.

In the cencus of 1920 they are living in Winthrop Suffolk Massachusetts and they have a 8 year old son Victor Ecklund born in New York
