Need help with filling out Valkommentill Garnisonsmussets Goldatregister form

I too need help.
I am trying to post some information about my  
great grandfather in an military sight to get  
imformation on his time in Swedish  
military,but  
it is all in Swedish and I can't even fill in the  
blanks because I can't read Swedish.
Can someone help me  
what do these words mean:
 
FODD
ROTE
KOMPANI
ANTAL TRAFFAR PER SIDA  
ATERSTALL

FÖDD = Born
ROTE = File (A group of farms that kept 1 soldier)
KOMPANI = Company (Military unit with app. 150 soldiers)
ANTAL TRÄFFAR PER SIDA = Number of hits per page
ÅTERSTÄLL = Reset

i am trying to understand the meanings of  
words  on form for military imformation on my

want me to fill in the form.
Namn -- do they want his Military last name  
first then first name and middle or do they  
want his civillian last name?  
Fodd--I don't even know what this is.
Antagningsdatum/ar --i don't understand what  
this is and what thet want
Rote: what does this mean?
Regemente-- do they want a number or  
name?
Kompani-- Do they want name or numbers?

Dear Maxine, you have asked this several times before, and also received answers in part or in full  - one answer is right above this question - from Mikael,  another is here.
 
You have also received information from the (incomplete) CD with registers of soldiers here which gives the details you need.  
 
You may try sending an ordinary mail (snail mail) with the info Jan gave you  (the last link above) in stead of the online order you have been trying to use. Jan gave all the contact information you need to send a letter, a fax or an e-mail.
 
You should probably use his soldier's name - but as you have the info from the CD, just copy that into your letter to them.
