Arvid Edstam b. Nov 1838 oland from Pat Killoran

Looking for info about Arvid Edstam b. Nov 1838 in Oland, as far as I know.  He evidently was a very interesting person, who rebelled against the Church and claimed to be a botanist, but was really a Baptist Missionary.  He went to Russia and then came to America in 1902. Evidently he went back to Sweden for awhile because I have an immigration record for him in 1923 as an American citizen and there seem to be 2 records of his naturalization in Duluth Minnesota.
Any info on this very interesting member of my family will be much appreciated.

Looking for info on Arvid Edstam b. 1872 in Oland (Oeland) Island. Emigrated to US in 1902.  Family history states that Arvid went to Russia for awhile before coming to America.  Evidently he was a bit of a rebel against the Church in Sweden, and claimed to be a botanist but was really a Baptist missionary and a Baptist minister in the USA. The only records that I can find in America of his immigration is in 1923 although the 1910 census says he immigrated in 1902.  He may have gone back to Sweden for a time.  Any info on this very interesting member of my family appreciated.
