Although the spelling is slightly different, I have found a parish called Fliseryd in the län (county) of Kalmar.Fliseryd is in the kommun (community?) of Mönsterås.
 
 
If this is the parish, and I think it is, you have to go to LDS (Family History Centers at the Mormon Church) and get the records for that parish. Then you can research your relatives.
