Pehr Nilsson born 1764

I have searched on Svar for Brita Persdotter. Hfl 1802-1812 P. 20; 1813 -1822 P. 19 and 1823-1832 P.69.
I think I understand correctly that Brita was his mother. I have tried to find birth record of Pehr but no success.
I hope someone will hep so I know his father. I wonder if he had and siblings.

His father Nils Jonsson born 3/4 1736 in Åsen, married Brita Persdotter 1761 18/10.
Vb 1761 18/10 C:2 s 33 drängen Nils Jonsson i Opåsen och pigan Brita Persdr i Byn.


Nils Jonssons father was Jon Nilsson born in Oppåsen 1709 26/5 and dead 1762 24/6 in Oppåsen. Nils mother was Margareta Nilsdotter born 1708 17/12 in Utanede, Fors She died 1780.

How could I find them in household records?  I did find an Anders Nilsson 1773 a page or two after Pehr Nilsson 1764. So I searched Anders birth and parents were the same. But many years apart, they probaly had more children. I do not find this Parish very easy for searching.
Will be glad for some suggestions you might have for me.

I have found 4 children for Nils and Brita so now I will rest. If there is more somehow they will be found. It is not so easy with records so long ago.

They are siblings to Per born 1764.


Nils Jonssons wife Brita Persdotter was born in Byn 1739 30/9 C:1 p 100 Parents Per Danielsson and Anna Ersdotter,
Nils Jonsson is not in the deathbook, but he died 1782 11/4 in Åsen.
Ragunda häradsrätt FII:4 p 11, 1782 16/10 estate inventory after Nils Jonsson in Åsen , dead 1782 11/4, widow Brita Persdotter.

Per Danielsson and Annika Ersdotter had then s Daniel 1743, Anders 1745, Annika 1747, Ingegärd 1750 and Märet 1754.


Per Danielsson born 1707 20/11 in byn C:1 p 54 and buried 1784 2/9 in byn.C:2 p 235
His parents Daniel Olofsson born ca 1661 Bispgården, Fors  buried 1741 26/7 in byn 79 years 11 m C:1 p 104
and wife Karen Olofsdr born ca 1676 and buried 13/7 1741 in byn 64 years C:1 p 103 She had been in bed in 18 years.

I take the opportunity to comment Margaretha's last contribution about the name of the village Byn. Why a name Byn when there were twelve villages in Fors 300 years ago?  A common apprehension is that the name was Fors in the beginning, related to Stadsforsen nearby, possibly even closer than today before the construction of the power station. When the parish was established in the medieval ages it got its name from the dominant village. That caused some confusion. If you told someone that you were from Fors, the immediate answer was "From the parish or from the village?" Probably spontaneously the name of the village after a while changed from Fors to Byn.

Margaretha,The Parish I have always serached is Fors! You are correct in your answers. There seems to be misunderstanding with village Byn and Parish Fors. But I do understand it.

I guess that Olof Olofsson in Biskopsgården is a brother to Daniel. Olof buried 1697 27/12 in Biskopsgården 50 years 8 m old
