Help with 1691 tax record

Attached is a 1691 tax record for Tommaryd, Hinneryd parish.  Can anyone tell me what the circled word is?  Is it a place? 

Also, one of the people listed there is Rytt Anders which I understand to mean ryttåre.  Can we know from this tax record, what regiment he was in?  Is that related to my first question?

A little more information - I think the circled item is the name of a person Johan Siöblad who I'm trying to learn more about.  Most of the rotes indicate cavalry or infantry regiments but this one only says Joh Siöbladz.  It that the commader?  If anyone can tell me what this indicates, I'd be very appreciative.

It is necessary to read Jordeboken and the Generalmönsterrullan at the same time with Mantalslängden to understand what is meant.
Johan Siöblad is a nobleman and may be the owner of Hemmanet, have been donated or have the interest pledged. Several years' Jordebok can be read to find out how things are.
In the jordebok, Hemmanet is listed as Krono and is not a Rusthåll.
Ryttaren Anders stands as a user of Hemmanet and can both belong to Småland's Cavalry or  Adelsfanan. It needs to be investigated more to know for sure.

In the Jordeboken of 1701, it is stated that Johan Siöblad has a debt claim on the Crown and gets it paid off for Hemmanet's annual interest.
