Help with translation of newspaper article

Attached is an image of an announcement in the newspaper Post- och Inrikes Tidningar,  25 Sep 1873.  I am having trouble with the two high lighted parts.  I cannot make out what the symbol is after 350. Rmt is riksmynt.
The last part of the announcement I translated in google translate but it does not make much sense in English.  He has six weeks after the last posting of this announcement in the newspaper but I am not sure what he has to do?
Anders Andreasson is being sued but it seems they cannot locate the lendor of the money?
This is my second great grandfather. 
I hope someone can clarify this for me.

The coin is "Riksdaler riksmynt". Was renamed "krona" (which is what we still have) in 1873.

Anders had to, within 6 weeks of the last repeat of the announcement, deliver an explanation of his stand on the court case. If he fails to do so, it will be judged on the facts before the court.
