Translation of ArkivDigital v79161.b122.s219

I just need the preamble translated not the inventory. I don't read Swedish very well. My Grandmother was born there but I never met her. She died before I was born. All her children spoke Danish but never taught their children the language. I would appreciate some help with this.

Hi Tom Neil!

I do not have ArkivDigital, I only use Svar (the Swedish National Archive) at the moment, so I can't help you. If you give us more information, perhaps we who use Svar can see what document you need help with and also be able to help you. For instance the inventories were produced for a certain "Härad/District and the actual year would also be helpful to know. It is probably best if You write questions in English under "Discussions in English" but I saw that you are new here so I guess you didn't know that.

The inventory was made May 20, 1815 at Ölands Alun Bruk, home of wife Lovisa Ulrica Lo who had died April 12, 1815 and left widower Gustaf Almström and their children: the sons Johan Petter 21 years old, Daniel 19, Carl 16, Sven Magnus 13, Fredric 4, and the daughters Helena married to blacksmith Erik Bolin, Christina 10 and Maria 1 1/2.
The inventory was made in presence of the widower and the children except the two eldest sons who were at sea, unknown where.
