Arons arbetare
I see two solutions here, first of all Aron is a name, here it has a genitive ”s” in the end.
That means he is one of Aron's worker.
Arons could perhaps also be ”ärans”.
Ära is honour in English. Äran is the honour, put the genitive ”s” in the end and you have ärans arbetare = the worker of honour.
