My interpretation: There are three housholds on this page: Kyrkbyn 3, Kyrkbyn 4 and Kyrkbyn S. 4 (Sub. 4).

Margta Ersdotter with children came FROM Amerika in 1857. The youngest daughter was born "near Boston". They are also found in the moving in records.

They are at least born different years and dates and have different husbands, and as we can see the first Margta, born in 1829, has not moved away yet!
