Harlösa 4 Mantalslängd 1728

This one I cannot figure out at Harlösa 4.  The first name is Pär, but the surname_____________?

I'm sure it will be obvious one someone can tell me what the name is.

His name is Pär Rasmuson, though perhaps more commonly spelled Per Rasmusson

Paul, I knew it would make sense once I was shown the name.  What was messing me up was the ?.  I couldn't figure that out.  So, in reality it would be in the old spelling:  Pär Rasm?sson?
 
Since your name is Paul, I am finding it difficult to differentiate Pähr and Pahl or sometimes Påhl, if the old handwriting is not good. This is giving me the most trouble.  Right now I am doing some research in Harlösa in the Mantalslängd and some ancestors with Pähr and Påhl in the mix.

I guess it shouldn't be ? (as a german y). It should be ũ, where ~ (often written vertically, not horizontally) is a marker showing it's a U.
