Ulla - it appears the Pastor had his own code key {nyckelkod?}. My guess is, the number
he uses represents the soldier's number for each Ort. Others may have a better explanation.
The keys are found in Volumes AI:6; AI:7; and AI:8. Appears at Bild 5 in each Volume.
Volume 8 shows Jemshög Rote: Nos. 1 thru 19; Holje Rote: Nos. 25 thru 40, etc.
Volume 7 shows Himshult Rote: Nos. 71 thru 81; Mörkamåla Rote: Nos. 82 thru 103
Volume 6 shows Ronåsa Rote: Nos. 104 thru 135.
Instead of giving a page number each time the person moved,
the Pastor gave the Ort code - Examples: Brokamåla is No. 135; Kullan is No. 131; Gillesnäs
is No. 17.
If you print the codes, then you have your own key to Ort namn. Next, go to the volume Index
and see page [sid] number where Ort begins.
Ingierd was moved to AI:13, Bild 406, sid 399; however, notation says kom ej. However,
she can be seen later at No. 135 Brokamåla, sid 333 - says kom från 17 - 64 {i.e., från
Gillesnas i år 1864). Her Gillesnäs appearance is at AI:14 - Bild 198, sid 350.
