Ship Board Death/Translation

I am looking at the death record for Karl Emil Larsson...Oskarshamn F:4(1895-1930), Image 60/page 54, 97th person on the list.
 
1.  what is meaning of two words following sjöman?
 
2.  Have I correctly translated the essence of the words on the next page: to wit, Karl died of Beri-Beri on board the ship Leon going from Rio de Grande to Falmouth, England.  Could I get some help with the rest of the notation to the right?

1. Ohmns sjh = Oskarshamns Sjömanshus
2. Burried in Falmouth. Information came Aug 16, 1899 through copy of document from Carl LAssen in Altona to Royal Swedish and Norwegian consul-general in Hamburg.

All sailors had to belong to a Sjömanshus (sailor's house). 48 Swedish towns had a Sjömanshus. They were created by royal decree in the mid-18th century and had multiple functions - supporting sailors who've retired due to age or illness (and their needy widows and children), but also maintaining discipline and acting as a job center.
