Need help with translating Household Examination please

There is a side note next to Falk, Claes Bernhard and family on the Household Examination record mentioned below, but I cannot understand it. I think it has something to do with moving and this may clear up where to look for them next.
 
If someone could translate I would me most appreciative.
 
Parish Kungsholm Eller Ulrika Eleonara. It is GID 2699.74.4900 page 149.

Or do I misunderstand you? Could you please elaborate as I have not been using Genline for very long.

Falk, Claes Bernhard born 1822-04-22, snickare =carpenter. Rest till Upsala med hustruns medgifvande d 13?/8 1848. = Gone to Uppsala with his wifes permission on August 13? 1848.
 
Perhaps you can find the family at the same place in the next parishrecord?

Hi again Jenny. I don?t know if you still have Genline but my genid was directed to Råda parish, Hagfors bruk in Värmland (S)1890.  
There I found Claes Bernard, as a steelworker with his new wife and his children (7).
Are you interested in more info about the family?

Can another parish have the same GID number?
I thought they were unique to a particular parish etc.
I would be interested for more info this family.

Jenny. I saw my mistake now! I used the same Gid-number as yours! Sorry. The right one should be = 514.40.43200 and should lead you to Råda parish! I did a search for Claes Berhard in 1890?s Census and found him in Värmland, Norra Råda with his new wife and family! I will soon give you more information.

Thank you for the clarification. I was getting confused. Thanks for searching the census.  
Claes first wife died in 1856 and I am trying to trace what happened to them after that, and the movements of their son Claes Otto born 1846. He is my Great Grandfather. He married in 1881 in Australia.
( I note that in his second marriage they named another son Claes Otto.)
