I'm looking at GID 1169.4.57800.  My ancestor Annika Ersdotter was born 11 Feb 1784, but I can't find where, and I can't find her family before this.  Can you help?

I have found this in a book that is the history of Steneby parish.
Erik Andersson Slångberg was a blacksmith at Billingsfors bruk, he was born 26 0f April 1755 in a place called Slången in Steneby parish he was the son of Anders olofsson and Annicka Jonsdotter. He was married in Billingsfors 26 od December 1781 to Catharina Halwardsdotter Fägersten she was born 18 of May 1758 doughter to Halward Larsson Fägersten.
 
The children to Erik and Catharina was this
Maria born 1778 in Billingsfors
 
Annicka born 11 of February 1784 married on the 24 of May 1811 in Billingsfors to Jöns Bryngelsson from a place called Mo in Dalsland he worked at a place called Hanefors in Mo parish.
 
Johan born 23 of June 1786 in Billingsfors he died in 1 of February 1787 at the same place.
 
Lisa born 16 of February 1788 she moved to Åmål in 1807.
 
Jan born 4 of August 1790 in Billingsfors
 
Anders born 1793 in Billingsfors
 
Erik born 25 of January 1797 in Billingsfors
 
This places is in a county called Dalsland.

Hi Scott,
There was nothing mentioned in her birth record of where the family lived but I found them in the HFL 1786-1794 census at GID: 670.6.93000, pages 75 & 76. You will find the family starting at the bottom of page 75 and then continuing on at the top of the page 76. These two pages are from the 1791-1794 census starting at page 56.

Maria b 1778 was Catharina's illigite daughter and there was no father listed in this birth record.
