Brudens 2 gifte. Hinderslöshetsbeviset utfärdadt af Kyrkoherd. E. Borgström 78 31/1. Blef enka 1864 24/9, Afvittring förrättad 1864 7/10.

I am not an expert at Swedish but I have read quite a few records. This is approximately what this says, but of course the Swedes will do a better job.I have added some of my interpretations, which may or may not be correct.
 
Bride's second marriage. Certificate of being free to marry issued by parish minister E. Borgström (18)78 31 January. Became widow 1864 24 September. Assignment (of an inheritance ; maybe to the children of her first marriage???)performed? 1864 7 October.
 
I hope this is at least approximately correct. I never cease being amazed at the wonderful detail in these records. We are lucky to be descended from Swedish ancestors. :-)

Avvittring means that the bride-to-be in this case had to show the proper papers, that the bouppteckning (probate) and arvskifte (division of property) after her first husband had taken place, before she was allowed to marry again.
