Säterböl and Sköllersta

Could someone please help me. I found my Great Grandmother listed in the downloaded Emigant file and I'm not sure what these locations are. Is this the church and town names? if so which is which? I know that they are in örebro län. I have part of her exit papers. Her number was #347. Can I use this number to find information on her and her family?  Thank you for any help.

Penny: Säterbol is the name of a farm or village in the parish of Sköllersta. That part of Örebro län belongs to the landskap of Närke. Just click on the Landskap-link, and you'll find Närke.

I assume that the file you refer to is Emigrated from Örebro län 1840 - 1939.
There are 18 fields which are as follows:
1 Församling = Parish, in this case the parish from where the person emigrated
2 Utfl.datum = Date for moving out from the parish
3 Aktnr = Document number
4 Kön = Sex
5 Efternamn = Surname
6 Förnamn = Christian name
7 Attestnr = Attestation number
8 Sida = Page, in this case - the page in the parish book where the person is registred
9 Titel = Title, in this case Title or profession
10 Utfl.ort = The place in the parish where the person lived when moving out
11 Destination = Destination, where the person is intended to move
12 Födelsedatum = Date of birth
13 Födelseförsamling = The parish where the person was born
14 Ensam/familj = Alone/Family, an E = Alone, a F = together with the family
15 Civilstånd = Civil status, OG = not married, G = married, Ä = widow, widower
16 Ålder = Age
17 Bilaga finns = Enclosure exists, if a B - it exists an enclosure to the persons document
18 ID-nr = ID-number
