Segerdahl Hat Makers from Stockholm

I am looking for any information about the Segerdahl family who were hat makers in Stockholm in the mid to late 1800s.  Specifically, Ludwig Emil Segerdahl born around 1860.  Thank you for any help.

In the census index of 1871, I found J Segerdahl hatmaker living in Nicolai parish (also called Storkyrko parish which is in the old town of Stockholm) Perhaps this is the father of Ludwig Emil Segerdahl. Children are not mentioned in the index. You have to visit the City Archive in Stockholm to know more about them or perhaps some person with the CD Stockholm 750 year can give you more information.

Thank you for looking this up for me.  It means so much - this is an emotional journey for me.  I think it is very possible that you have identified Ludwig's father because Ludwig's father was named Johan and Ludwig's brother was also Johan.  In a few years I plan to go to Stockholm.  First I have to learn Swedish!  I know most people in Sweden speak English but I want to understand the records.  Thank you again for your help!

There is a place on this board to ask for a lookup on the Gamla Stan cd. You can write in English, even though the section is for Swedes and is written in Swedish. Follow this pathway.

At the CD with register over people living in Stockholm, like the one Siv talked about but this is for 1800-1870 I found some Segerdahl they are hat makers
1868/Segerdahl C G Hat maker apprentice lived at City inner and east, nr 1543
1869/Segerdahl like above but nr 1028
1870/Segerdahl like above but lived in Nikolai inner and East, nr 1036
 
1865/J.P Segerdahl Hat maker lived City south nr 95
1866/J Segerdal Hat maker (must be J.P) like above but nr 106
1867/Segerdahl like above but lived City south and west nr 96
1868/Segerdahl like above but City inner and east nr 1547
1869/Segerdahl like above City inner and east nr 1028
1870/Segerdahl like above but Nikolai Inner and east nr 1036

The hatter Paul Johan Segerdahl was born 1819 Nov.12 in the city of Ulricehamn. He was married to Augusta Albertina Kryssander, born 1845 March 21 in Linköping.
 
They had at least the following children:
 
Karl Johan Emil, born 1880 Aug.26 in Nicolai, Stockholm
Gunnar Karl Fredrik, born 1882 Sep.2 in the same parish, he died there in 1884.
 
In 1889 Paul Johan Segerdahl moved with his family to Kungsholmen parish, also in Stockholm.
