Lindgren/ Råggärd parish, Älvsborg//Perssons/ Lur Parish, Göteborgs and Bohus

I am trying to trace my family history back in Sweden and also trying to trace it forward to see if I have any relatives yet living in Sweden.
My great grandfather, Charles Lindgren was married to Marian Olson. I do not know how many children they had, but I do know that my grandfather, Johan Albin Lindgren was born Sept. 14 1871 in Råggärd
parish Älvsborg,  Sweden.  There's also a possible daughter named Marie, and another daughter named Elizabeth who move to Norway and married a Norwegian and had at least two children there; then moved to the United States with her family and had at least two more children.
My grandfather John Albin married Hilda Perssons also from Sweden, here in the United States.
I found a web site in Sweden (  http://sd.datatorget.educ.goteborg.se/ )
which had records of Lur Parish in Göteborgs and Bohus County. records which included my great grandfather, August Persson, his wife, Olena  
Olofsdotter, the births of their four daughters,Hilda,born Dec. 10  1868, Gustafva, born April 4th 1866,  Charlotta, born Dec. 14 1863,  and Emilia, born May 8 1861.

Have you tried searching the microfilms of the  
Swedish parish records at a Family History Center?  
Check out the is website to find one near you:

html
 
If the Råggärd parish's records are intact (no  
fires over the years) you will be able to find the  
births, deaths, marriages, clerical survey and  
moving records all on microfilm up until 1900.  
(In their index, Älvsborg län's parishes would be  
at the end of the alphabet)
