1888 Emigrant widowed Wilhelmina Larsson...

My great grandmother, Wilhelmina C. Larsson (born in 1849) daughter of Carl Johan Johansson of Tyrisbo and Inga Katrina Carlsdotter, emigrated to Chandlers Valley, Warren County, Pennsylvania, US with five children.  
Carl Johan, age 18; Emily Leonida, age 15; Gustav Albert, age 12; Alex, age 7; and Oscar, age 2 (he died at sea). Emily was born in Vimmerby.  
   Her husband was Johan Larsson, but have no information about him.  A John Larson (born 1818 in Sweden) was living in Chandlers Valley at that time and have thought there might be a family connection.

From CD Emibas, showing information from church records on those that was given permission to leave. I don't know if you have this information, but on the other hand is this perhaps a start to search in Sweden for the husband (who died before they left as she is ?registrered as widow) and his family.

Thank you so very much for the information you
provided from the CD Emibas church records.  I was not aware they had to get permission to emigrate from the church.  
You asked if I was searching for the husband.
That information was given me from Arne.  
I also have trouble navigating this site with my unfamiliarity with the Swedish language. I ended up posting the identical query twice.
In my previous searching, I did not use Johansson for the children, although I knew their father's name was Johan Larsson. In the US they have used Lawson as the family name.
 
How is it possible to find out what ship they
sailed on and routes taken in 1888?
Tack sa mycket!  (One of the few phrases I learned as a child)
