Ingrid Magnusdotter från Norge, hustru till marsk Erik Puke

Is there any credible and thoughtful literature about what was ancestry (parents, pedigree) of Ingrid Magnusdotter, or Ingerid Magnusdottir, the presumably Norwegian lady who married Erik Puke (ÄSF I:2) and became mother of Katrin Eiriksdottir, wife of the lord of Hjulebjerg and mother of Axel Pedersen [Thott]'s first wife.
 
All I have found about Ingerid is that she is mentioned as a relation of king Håkan (Haakon VI of Norway).
 
Through which lineage could Ingerid be Håkan's 'consanguinea'? Is she possibly descended from 13th-century kings of Norway?
 
Or is she possibly a 'Folkunge', descending from the Bjellbo family in Sweden?
 
I would like to get know literature references where this matter has been analyzed.
