Leonard, thanks to Mariannes information I found them in the household examination rolls/clerical surveys husförhörslängd of Södra Vi.
 
They are at page 391 in the volume for 1891-1899 Södra Vi AI:26, and on the top of the page is her parents. They move to America in 1892 and then come back in 1894, with a son and a daughter born in the US, and then emigrate again in 1895.
 
I attach the images from ArkivDigital but I had to shrink them to fit teh maximum size of this forum, so the quality of the text is not as good as it is in ArkivDigitals images:


 
 
The family is not found in the cd Emibas - as no emigrants from this years from Södra Vi are recorded there.

Leonard, it's a subscription service, one of the three providers of our churchbooks on Internet, and the one with generally the best images and the best price  - however they don't cover the whole country yet. I would like to know what part of Sweden they emigrated from and their port of entry into the US.

This family came from the parish Skede, Östergötland county.
The father was born in the parish Slaka, the mother in the parish Skärkind, all children in Skede. The place they left from was Skedegården.

I don't see them on the Emihamn database, which shows registrations by Swedish port police before leaving Sweden. Perhaps they left through a port in Norway, Denmark, or Germany.
 
Perhaps someone on this forum will try to search for their arrival in the U.S.

I haven't even found the port of entry for all of my own ancestors. The records are not all indexed, so looking for them online might not work. (I have found people on microfilm who can't be found on online indexes.)  
 
I personally find looking for passenger lists rather boring, even for my own family. If the list is in later years (post 1900), then there is useful information on the list, but early manifests tell us the obvious information: they were Swedish and they were going to America.
 
I provided a link where you can ask for a lookup and perhaps they can be found on one of those lists. I did a very quick check of Ancestry.com's passenger lists and did not find them.

This census is an extraction from a far more detailed parish record called the husförhörslängd (HFL) and translated as household examination record or clerical survey record. It is not a separate enumeration.  
 
Yes, all those people were counted (and I suppose they worked for Carl Carlsson), but they were counted by the parish priest and not by someone walking around the neighborhood counting heads. The priest looked in his own parish records.  
 
Try that immigration link. There are people who help on that forum who actually enjoy dealing with passenger manifest lookups. ;-) They are more likely to want to dig than I am. (I like to dig into genealogical records, but I don't like digging in passenger manifests.)
