Help with note on household record

Can anyone tell me what the circled word is on the attached household record?  It relates to son Johannes b. 1800 whose name is crossed out further up on the list.  He was the illegitimate son of Elin Jacobsdotter and who is now being mentioned specifically as Samuel's son (her husband's name).  Have I misunderstood this?   Johannes' birth record does not mention his father's name.  Does this indicate that he is the father?  Otherwise, why would it be noted?

It says "se ofwan", see above. He could have been living another place for a while and then came back home

He has never been recorded as illegitimate i Vrå. Samuel and Elin married i October 1801, one year after Johannes's birth. Probably Samuel recognised Johannes then. There is some illegible scribble in the household record in Angelstad when Elin moves to Vrå. It could be about that. Johannes is recorded as son, i.e. son to both of them in Vrå.

The reason that Johannes's patronymic is given is that he is grown up.

Attached is a copy of his birth record where his mother only is listed and birth is stated "oäkta"

I have been trying find out what happened to him after he left the family - he was always listed with his mother and her husband Samuel Larsson.  I haven't been able to find him using Samuelsson, at least in Angelstad or Vrå.  I have been trying to confirm some family relationships so it is helpful to locate all the children.

Hi again Vicki,

I think I found Johannes, his birthdate might differ a little, but after Vrå he worked in Laholm at a mill, and Eldsberga, and from there he came to Våxtorp where he married a widow and had a daughter. The books are terrible, I can hardly read them. I think he started in Gränshuset, moved 1833 to Mårshult and 1836 to torp Bläsinge under Windrarp. He was illegitimate so it is not sure his father was Samuel, but it was not uncommon that a stepchild could use the stepfather´s name. Se:

Wow, Yvonne!  Thank you so much!  I am working diligently to ensure that all my research is as correct as possible, going through all the baptismal witnesses, etc.  I will continue asking about some notes and names.  I have improved over time, but still have trouble with some handwriting and some of the words.  This particular family continues to be a challenge.   

I did see the note on Laholm and had learned it was in Halland county, but still I couldn't find anything more on him.  So, I really appreciate this information!

You sent a lot for me to go through!  Great fun!
