Per Conrad Pettersson

Per Conrad Pettersson is shown on the household record below as a son of Per Vilhelm Jansson and Lovisa Sjögren.  But his birth record below only shows his mother Lovisa.  Does this mean his father is unknown and probably not Per Vilhelm?  Thank you, Greg

On Per Conrads birth record the word "oäkta" -- "out of wedlock" -- has been stricken, and there is a note to the right that Lovisa has been churched as Per Wilhelm Janssons in Ingolsbenning "fästequinna" -- "bethrothed". 

In the household records^[1], however, Per Conrad is noted as "oäkta", and Lovisa and Per Wilhelm are only written together about 6 months after Per Conrads birth, when they marry. The marriage notice^[2] tells that Per Wilhelm is divorced, since september 1875, and has a son of the same name, born 1866-09-22 in Grytnäs^[3] -- but does not mention Per Conrad.
 
Lovisa and Per Wilhelm were both in Ingolsbenning at the time Per Conrad was conceived, so it's entirely possible that Per Wilhelm is the father -- on the other hand, given that he was already divorced at the time, why did PW not simply marry Lovisa when she discovered that she was pregnant? Or at least tell the priest that he would ... Maybe it's a marriage of convenience: PW gets a wife that can run his household, Lovisa gets a father for her son, and a safe place. But that is all speculation! To solve this will probably take DNA tests ...
