1) Father Anders Ersson: does this record mean he is from Kjällberga or currently living in Kjällberga?  Mother: Brita Stina Andersdotter
2) Please translate what is written in the "Faddrar" column of this birth record

The whole family is living in Kjällberga, see Rasbo (C) AI:14 (1826-1830) Bild 176 / sid 167 (AID: v125659.b176.s167, NAD: SE/ULA/11264).

Where is this Kjällberga?  I notice there is a Kjällberga in the Salem parish, Stockholm County and Källberga in the Rasbo parish, Uppsala County.  Is it one of these?

Also, what does "Torp" stand for?

From the household record you shared, it appears father Anders Ersson died 23 Sept 1828, correct?  I cannot make out the location of his death.  Looks like his birth may be 3 March 1787.

I see that the place later is spelled Källberga, so it should be Källberga in Rasbo parish. However, I don't find it, where have you found it?

Torp is in this case short for Torpare = Crofter.

Anders Ersson died from "Wattusot" in Kjällberga according to Rasbo (C) EI:2 (1792-1861) Bild 123 (AID: v125685.b123, NAD: SE/ULA/11264), no 42 on the right page.

I make the same interpretation as you of his birth date, but he moved in from page 125 in the same volume, and there it is clear that his year of birth was 1789. But I don't find him on that date in Rasbo, but following him backwards to Rasbo (C) AI:8 (1788-1794) Bild 104 / sid 94 (AID: v125653.b104.s94, NAD: SE/ULA/11264), it turns out that his correct birthdate is 3/8 and his birth record is found in Rasbo (C) C:3 (1750-1803) Bild 137 (AID: v125679.b137, NAD: SE/ULA/11264).

Where is this Kjällberga?  I notice there is a Kjällberga in the Salem parish, Stockholm County and Källberga in the Rasbo parish, Uppsala County.  Is it one of these?

Källberga must be in Rasbo parish since both the birth record and the household record (AI:14, p. 167) are from Rasbo.

In the household record it says

"Ekeby Ägor
Kjällberga"

Ekeby ägor = the land belonging to Ekeby. In other words, Källberga is the name of the croft (torp) on the land belonging to the village Ekeby.

On an old map of Ekeby from 1903 (https://historiskakartor.lantmateriet.se/historiskakartor/s/document/lm03_03-RAO-233_0002qnq9.bundle.djvu) you find Källberga at the bottom. And there are still buildings there then.

It must be this Källberga on todays map:

Now the place is abandoned, there are no buildings anymore.

Well, the letters in AI:8 are quite different from the letters in the later Rasbo (C) AI:11 (1808-1814) Bild 112 / sid 97 (AID: v125656.b112.s97, NAD: SE/ULA/11264) but it is the same family. On the Screen Shot you see the words S. (for son) Anders (where the first letter A could be interpreted as a "Lu", and you see the same letter in the fathers patronymium and in his mothers first name, Anna) and in the next column an R. (for Rasbo) and the date 1789 3/8.

I don't understand your second source in C:3 picture 136. On that right page bottom is a girl Cajsa born Martii 14, is that what you are talking about?

And in C:3 picture 137, right hand page in the middle Anders is the first child born in
Aug.  3  Föddes Erik Anderssons och hust.(ru) Anna Jöransdotters son
            Anders i Ekeby
