I find him on Riksarkivet 1895-1914 Sida 261. I do not understand what is written in Column 14. I understand that he is a sailor and living in the sailors house. He is moving but I do not know where. I am hoping to find if he had a family and when/where he died.

"Sjömanshus" was more of an office that kept records over sailors than a place where people actually lived. Basically every sailor was recorded in a sailor's house. Perhaps you could compare it to a guild or a conscript office?

The text in the columns says "Inskrifven vid Cimbrishamns sjömanshus 88 19/1. Egen debetsedel. Afförd ur Sjömanshuset enl. avis d. 31/1 95. Ånyo der inskrifven 11/5 96. Frejdbet 1/5 96 (finnes då i )".
Roughly translated to english "Registered in the Salior's house 19:th of januari 1888. Has his own debit-bill(?), Removed from the Sailor's house according to notification on the 31:st of january 1895. Yet again registered on the 11:th of May 1896. Letter of personal conduct 1:st of may 1896 (then considered .....?)".
He is then transfered to "Bok över obefintliga" (record over persons absent without leave) on the 22:nd of november 1909.

I think you could try finding him the records of the Sjömanshus which should be available at Riksarkivet aswell.
