Not a straight translation, as such, more of a paraphrase:

On Jan 5, 1844, the widow Anna Cajsa Hansdotter in Ventlinge has called for an estate inventory to be done after her mother, the widow Bengta Göransdotter, who died there (Ventlinge) on Oct 8 last year, ie 1843. Bengta is survived by Anna Cajsa and the widow Britta Hansdotter in Näsby. Their father, and Bengtas husband, Hans Nilsson is also dead. A will signed by both parents was shown, to be added to the inventory. Anna Cajsa was duly warned that she should not hide anything, and then the estate was listed, as follows (etc, etc).

The value of the estate, after deductions, was 2 riksdaler banco, 27 skilling and 8 runstycken, about equivalent to SEK 350 today, or US$35. The will, or a copy of it, is not included in the copy sent to the court.

The next page is the receipt for the percentage, 4 runstycken, of the estate due the poor of the parish. Paid on Jan 7^th in the sacristy of the church, and signed by church warden Anders Pärsson.
