It looks like the name of a person?  maybe a widow?

In the second pic I think it says "utan åbon" -> "without the 'person farming land that they don't own'"

And the first one should be "flik Maija" Flicka means girl, in this case a foster child. Maija or Maja is a nickname for Maria.

Exactly, no farmer, no tax payer. Whoever owns the place need to find a new tenant.
