Help translating possible death record

Attached is an image of what may be the death record of Per Bondesson.  This is 09 Jan 1763 in Skartofta.
Can anyone translate the message?

Hi!


The picture contains two records, one documenting the "churching" of a woman from Nr. 2 Tierby, and the other one documenting the burial of Pål Andersson from Schartofta on the same day, but nothing about someone called per Bondesson. Would you like to have it translated anyway

It is a ceremony that involves blessing a woman after childbirth. There is an extensive wikipedia article on the subject. In some parts of Sweden, this custom even remained until the 1960's!
