Need help with word on 1753 tax record

Can anyone tell me what the circled word on the attached tax record is?  It looks like it is used on many of the other entries also.

I haven't come across that before - I don't believe it is a daughter, so it is the same as pigan?

Not quite as "pigan" - a flicka is more a young girl, not grown up, hardly a teenager.

Thank you for that. 

Any idea what relationship this person may have to the family?  It is not a daughter (at least that I know of).   I'm curious because I usually see a young person either listed as a child (daughter or son) or pigan (maid).  It looks like that was a commonly used word, trying to get context.

Maybe she is a relative or child that the man or wife were sponsors for at her baptism and, for some reason, the parents can't take care of.

Since she is listed in the tax record she must be at least 15 years old.
