Help with 1720 birth record

While researching birth records for the children of Corp. Mans Weckman, I came across the attached 1720 birth record.  What is his role on this birth record - it doesn't seem like it is his child.  Is it the child of a soldier he knows?  Does he have some relationship to this child?

Two different soldiers had children at the same time, and they were baptised together. Måns Wäckman in Bakkery had a boy called Oluf and Jöns Nylänning had a girl called Älsa.

Looks like I found another one of his children after all.  Very interesting.  I cannot believe how much more I'm learning about my family because of the help I've have had in learning to utilize the tax records, military records and estate inventories.
