Help with word on tax record

I think is says "krono". All real estate was divide into tax classes. Krono farms was owned by the crown - the king or rather the government. The farmer was leasing the land.

That is interesting and I think it fits in with the question I just posted.  So maybe(?) the two families in my most recent post were both leasing from the land - I don't think there was any family connection between them.
 
Both Samuel Hansson and his wife died in 1839 so would the land just be leased to someone else after that or ?

I think the children inherited the right to lease the land if they wanted, but I'm not sure. There was a lot of ancient rules about the right to use land.

Thank you for this information ....  this is a whole area of study on its own.  When I see the tax records, I am never quite sure how to tell if they owned the land or leased it.   I guess I just assumed they leased it.   Half of my ancestors did not have an estate inventory -  I am sure they were very poor (and would not have owned land). 

I will try to find more information on it...
