Help with estate inventory

Can someone help me with the attached estate inventory?  Lars Pährsson was a young man when he married the widow Elin Bengtsdotter in 1744.  She later died in 1767.  There is a reference to the year 1760 that I can't figure out, related to Lars who is mentioned twice within this section.

...through Will (Testamente) of the 4 February 1760 that at the Inventory was read (recited?)..., if that is enough.

Thanks for that - my question is what inventory does the 1760 date refer to... as it is 7 years prior to her (Elin Bengtsdotter's) death. How does that relate to this inventory in 1767?  Maybe it isn't clear. 

If anyone else has an idea what is going on here, I would much appreciate the help.

They (or one of the them) wrote their Will 4th of February  1760, and the Will was referred to when they made the Inventory in 1767.

Thank you!  The widow was quite a lot older than her second husband, so it would have made sense to have made a will.
