Help with translation from travel card

Attached are two images of the back of a travel card for Gertrud Torkelsdotter.  I apologize that the message is incomplete and hard to read.
Can anyone make out what this says or at least part of it?

At the bottom of the front is a certificate written in Danish by Gertrud's employer in Kongens Lyngby (about 10 kilometers north of Copenhagen). She had worked for him from new year to October 1784 and behaved well. Signed Oct 6, 1784 by Johan [—].

I think that the text on the back, signed Oct 9, 1786, is in Danish too and I cannot interpret much of it. I can read Gladsaxe, a municipality near Kongens Lyngby. However, there is another place/parish Gladsax in Skåne (Kristianstads län/county), Sweden.
