What is "Socknens Slut" and "Lösa Personer"

Greetings,
I am seeking help regarding words in a household exam. Bokenäs AI:15 page 162 reads Socknens Slut. Is this a page for listing people without a permanent home? It also says Fattige (pauper) is this an actual location or simply a record of poor people? Also, are pages 163 and 164 still a part of Socknens Slut? Page 163 reads (as best as I can tell) Lösa Personer. What is a Lösa Personer, a missing person?

Socknens slut (the end of the parish) was a section for persons who were not lawfully resident in any farmstead, but lived on the land without proper authorization. Lösa personer (loose persons) were people who were deemed to be able to support themselves, but could not show they had a lawful employment. Pages 163 and 164 are both part of Socknens slut. It includes both Lösa Personer and Fattige (legitmitally poor persons). If nobody beats me to it (and Microsoft does not block my web-reader with needless updates of useless applications) I will try to answer your first question more fully tomorrow.

 When Kjerstin Jacobsdotter first appears on page 127 in Västången under Lilla Skår she is called backsittare or backstugusittare, i.e. somebody who lived in a hut on somebody else’s property or on the commons. She is also a fattighjon, an acknowledged pauper, and probably received some support from the parish. In ‘52 she and her daughters are transferred to the section socknens slut, Kjerstin and her two youngest daughters, who were both too young to be required to seek employment, to the section for poor people, and Oleana, who was of age and already had served as a farmer’s maid for Olof Larsson in Lilla Lögås (see page 90), to the section for lösa personer.
In ’54 they moved to another backstuga Intaget under Lilla Skår. Oleana moved to Fossen “in Dk” (the neighbouring parish Dragsmark) in ’54. She can be found in Dragsmark AI:2 on page 8 of the section for 1852 - 1856 (image 198), but left for an unspecified place in '55 (ovisst 55). She returned to Intaget with her daughter Johanna Maria Andersdotter, asked for absolution on Jan. 29 and was absolved on June 3, ’56. She is noted as försvarlös, i.e. without lawful employment.

Thank you so very much for your help! Oleana is my great-great grandmother (direct maternal line). My grandmother passed away without ever knowing much about her mother’s side of the family. I got into genealogy when she was still alive in an effort to discover her past. Unfortunately it took roughly 25 years for me to crack the family mystery and it was only possible with the help of this forum. The secret was lying in the notes I could not read. My mother is now 87 and loves learning about her family history. After so many years it was getting to the point where I was about to give up. But often perseverance pays off in the end. So again I thank you and everyone else here on this forum for all the help you give to people like me.
