Help translating travel card for Pehr Rasmusson in Öved

Attached is an image of the travel card belonging to my third great grandfather Pehr Rasmusson.
This is from Öved in 1814.

In short it say that (civil status / profession which I don't understand) Pehr Rasmusson born 10 Dec 1797 in Brandstad moves now to Öfved. Then most is about his knowledge in Christianity, reading ability, non married status, inoculated against poxes. It is written in Brandstad 25 Sept 1814.

Thank you for your reply.  I have a follow up question if you don't mind.
Pehr Rasmusson was 17 at that time.  Would he still be considered a boy at that age?
I had assumed that he was moving to Öved  to work as a farm hand. 
In the household examination record for that year he is listed with "Gos" next to his name not "Dr".
Would that mean he was not a farm hand?  The note in the top left of the page seems to say "Tjenare ochInhejsis".
What does that mean?

It says "tjenare och inhyses", which in modern spelling would be "tjänare och inhyses".
Tjänare means servants.
Inhyses comes from the verb "hysa" - "to house". The similarity between the english and swedish words is rather striking  
Inhyses persons were people who lived on a farm although they were not employed there ; they were usually poor, elderly (often elderly members of the family) or disabled.
