 seeking some help reading some very small writing in a Kalmar Lan record, Vissefjerdä parish Husförhörslängd  AI:10 1851-57 arkiv digital v21020.b226.s211 Thorsjö Roten and village image 226/ page 211 at the bottom

inhys/renter enk/widow Olaus Nilsson Kammarbo born 1809 10/8 from Pellamala 1845 to Arby 1851 27/10 #60
remarks to the right in very small writing include to get married then something Olausson and Thorsjö.

This is my paternal gggrandfather and the leaving is to marry my gggrandmother in Arby. Along with the death of his first wife he seems to have been having had a difficult time and it could be of help understanding the rest of the remark.

There is a right hand margin note that seems to be that he is giving up a Torpet

Husförhörslängd  AI:7 1840-46 Kalmar Lan record, Vissefjerdä, Kammarbo, Thorsjö village  image 144/page 130  arkiv digital v20302.b144.s130 towards bottom there is a right hand margin note that seems to be: Anmältes motständ af Roten for des smottajande ? displeased wiith the parish for it's bad regulation

Any help in understanding this would be appreciated.

Poor man, Olaus.
To start with AI:6 (1839-) "They have had notice to leave the crofter´s cottage" in Cammarbo. The son Peter died of unknown fever in 1839.

AI:7 (1840-1846) "Anmäldes motstånd av Roten för dess emottagande."
The other people, farmers I guess, didn´t want to accept them staying there (I guess they were to be taken care of, "inhyses" the parish had to accommodate them).  In August 1844 the wife died.

AI:10 (1851-) he is "inhyses" accommodated in Thorsjö.
"Lysningen förbjöds av Lars Olauson i Thorsjö, som ej vill ?hysa? qvinnan."  = The banns of marriage was forbidden by LO in Th., as he is unwilling to  ?care for?? the woman. 

Perhaps anyone else can describe it clearer?  Någon som har synpunkter??   Marianne

Thank you Marianne. He was having a tougher time than I realized. He did manage a good many years more and one son of both marriages went on to have families.
I have not been able to find very much on his father but it appears he had it very rough also.
