This is a line from a Finnish Communion Book (rippikirja).  I do not speak Finnish and so cannot make out the last word.  I do not think it is a name because it appears on no other record.  Here is what I can decipher:
D: [Dotter] anna ...?...

Also, I have an entry from a Deaths book (kuolleet) that I cannot read the cause of death.  I am interested because she died so young.  Here is what I can transcribe:

[död] [Okt] 24 | [begravd] 7/11 (7 Nov) | Eva Halonen  | ..??..(possibly Hustru?) Petter Skön | [Age] 37 | Kyrkobyn | ...?....

Anna is not a daughter. The letter before her name is an h, so she is the wife (hustru), and Ripatti is her surname.

Eva died of "trånsjuka". That is usually tuberculosis, but is sometimes used about other diseases causing emaciation. I think the entry in the column after her name is: Skom(akare) Peter Sköns hustru. That is: Cobbler Peter Skön's wife.

Thank you very much for correcting my translation.  It is good to understand what happened to Eva Halonen.  I'm disappointed I was chasing the wrong Anna, although it is good to have a name for her brother's wife.

Sure enough, if I go back one more communion book it has one word written next to D(otte)r Anna, "gift," and no more entries after 1884 so it appears she married sometime around then and moved away.  I am busily looking for her husband now, but without your correction I wouldn't even have known he existed.

Thank you, again.

Maybe it's worth pointing out that Finnish church books back then were written in Swedish.
Like in your case.

Finland was the eastern part of Sweden until 1809.
