Why does it have Skatofta (-1806) at the top of this post? I am looking for Peter Malmström and wife Kjersti who were suppsed to come to this parish in 1858. Hope for help!

Skartofta was incorporated into the parish of Öved in 1806. You'll find the family in Öved AI:21, p 55.

The next stop was Västerstad ("Westerstad"), where you find them in no.16 (Västerstad AI:28, p 52). And then to no.22 (Västerstad AI:28, p 84), where they seem to have settled.
