Swedish geography / Impact of Land Reforms on sale of a farm is Jâmtland

I am trying to understand what is included in the sale of my ancestor's farm, Östansjö 8 (re-numbered 16), Lillhärdal, Jämtland.
I am asking two questions: 1. Is private land included in a Trög? 2. Will the beneficiaries of a Födorådskontrakt retain full access to the private land of a series of partial sales of a farm until the termination of the terms specified?
The background information for my questions cover a period of transactions from 1861 - 1892. Olof Jonasson purchased Östansjö #8 from his brother in 2/Apr/1861 and a Födorådskontrakt for his parent Jonas Jonsson & Märet Olofsdotter was included. The sales contract specifies that 6 Trög was purchased. In looking at the Land Reforms, I assume that the farm contained private land and a share of undivided forest land. Based on the formula 800m2, the private land would be approximately 58 hectares and the share of undivided forest land would be 960 hectares (160 x 6 Trög). However, in the following contract I only see a reference to 6 Trög and no reference to the 58 hectares of private land. This suggests that the private land is included in the 6 Trög. The source is:

On Nov/9/1878 Olof sold 3 Trög to Bergvik & Ala. Did the forest company obtain the rights to 1/2 of the private land? The Födorådskontrakt for Jonas & Märet was still in effect. The source is the following Land Register:

On 1/Feb/1881 Olof sold 1 Trög to Olof Olofsson & Anna Jonsdotter. The source is the previous Land Register.
On 20/May/1881 Olof sold 2 Trög to Bergvik & Ala. The source is the previous Land Register.
On 9/Feb/1892 Olof Olofsson & Anna Jonasdotter sold 1 Trög to Bergvik & Ala. The source is the previous Land Register.
Since a Födorådskontrakt was established in 1861 and apparently honored during each sale, did Bergvik & Ala keep increasing its rights to the private land via the 1878,1881 & 1892 purchases and at the termination of Födoråkskontrakt in 1892 obtain all of the price land?
I hope I presented the info correctly and will appreciate and comments.
