I believe your theorites, based on baptismal witness analysis, could be correct, but I think we could use some more facts to prove the case.
The picture isn't quite clear, as I see it.
Of the five kids of Peder Sanberg you mention Lars Sandberg is witness only once, and his wife Elsa twice. The probable sister Karin, born 1718, is also witness only once, but her husband three times.
I believe some of the witnesses are not relatives, but neighbours or friends.
Among the witnesses to the first two childs of Lars S and Elsa (1744/49) are only one of the mentioned people, Maria, wife of soldier Sanberg.
Would be interesting to compare with more witness data, like when Lars had his sons Carl in 1754 and Jonas in 1759. And Maria, married to Granquist, should have had some kids too.
