Hello,
Pehr Larsson, Böle marries Bengta Hemmingsdotter, Näshult on October 22, 1705. Bengta dies in 1746, age 74 on St. Böle.
Amund Larsson is b. 1695 on Böle to Lars Nilsson and his wife Maria. Amund dies in 1763, age 68 on St. Böle.
I am wondering if Amund and Pehr are brothers?

I found a birth for Elin Jonsdotter on August 2, 1757. Her parents were Nils Jonsson and Ingred on Ekhult. Who knows, she could be the sister of Jonas. I will keep searching.

They were all born on Åsjögle.
Maria Lovisa was my farmor.
Do you think it is possible to find Jonas' roots?

Thanks for your response.
I have looked at the witnesses at the baptisms of Jonas' children. On different ones there are Peter Nilsson, Nils Nilsson and a Måns Nilsson listed as witnesses. They are all listed as living on Åsjögle. I have been unable to connect any of these to a Jonas Nilsson born in 1758. Any suggestions as to what I could do?

Hello,
I am seeking information about the ancestors of Jonas Nilsson. The clerical records state he was born in Mörlunda in 1758. He lived on Brobackstugen under Åsjögle. He died in 1822 and was married to Carrin Nilsdotter b 1773 in Kristdala. I am having difficulty determining which family he belongs to.

I am seeking information of the ancestry of Samuel Pehlstrand.
I am interested to find out if Samuel Pehlstrand, a cavalryman, and Samuel Ericsson b. October, 1716 on Björksebo (a ryttaretorp, Hvena are the same person. Samuel Pehlstrand married Maria Andersdotter in Tuna. They lived on Börstena in Tuna. He died on Sundet in Tuna in 1800 at the age of 84.

Hi,
My ancestor, Pernilla Wållemarsdotter, from Trolleboda married Lars Jönsson in 1750. The clerical records say she was born in 1721. The death record in 1808 says she died at 70 years of age on Trolleboda.
I am wondering if she fits into the family of Wållemar Gunnarsson and Hillfred Nilsdotter mentioned in the May 15 response from Per.
Any information on her birth and/or ancestry would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Ellen Johnson(?)Seaholm(?) was born January 7, 1878. At age 12, she moved to a farm in Fliseryd to be raised by her Aunt Helene. The next generation on the farm were Martin and Freda Olsson who had a son, Olaf, born in 1941. Ellen emigrated to America when she was 18.
Ellen's family would like to know the name of the farm and if Ellen's family still lives there.
On a photo taken in 1953 are the following words:

1741-Anders Pärsson of B....llerhult, Nyekyrkia in Småland, also maid Hanna Gummesdotter
Witnesses: Hans Gummesson & Nils Pärsson
1749-Gårdman Pär Gummesson on B....llerhult, Nykyrkia in Småland and Karin Olafsdotter.
I am seeking birth information on the Gummessons and Pärssons listed above. Also I would appreciate knowing the correct spelling and location of B....llerhult.

According to clerical records,I believe, Hanna Persdotter was born January 29, 1818 in Jämshög to Per Nord Jönsson and Sissa Bengtsdotter. Three more of their children, Nils, Bengt and Eskel were also born in Jämshög. The family moved to Asarum in 1825. The clerical records state that Elna was born in 1837 in Asarum.
Their son, Bengt, born in 1822, grew up to be the Swedish painter, Bengt Nordenberg.
I am sorry I do not speak Swedish.

I am seeking information about Maria Henriksdotter. The death record of her husband, Jonas Jonsson d. June 5, 1813, Järnudda,Hvena indicates that Maria was from Dallsebo, Södra Vi. The clerical records from Hvena indicate that she was born April 23, 1746 in Södra Vi. I have not been able to find her birth record. I found the death record of Hendrick Svensson, February 4, 1759 at age 56 Södra Vi. Is this Maria's father?

Söker uppgifter om Jonas Ericsson död 1758-2-27 Hägelåkra, Målilla. Gift 1718-10-9 Mörlunda med Carrin Persdotter Åsjögle.
The couple lived on Hägelåkra and had at least 6 children, Maria 1719-12-20, Nils 1723-7-6, Nils 1726-8-22, Annika 1729-5-28, Eric 1730-3-9,and Kierstin 1733-5-16. I am descended from Annika.
I believe I have found a birth for Per Ericsson on Hägelåkra in 1662 who could be a brother to Jonas, but I am not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.
