Sounds like there actually are no medieval examples of istadarätt having existed in exercising udal right (= family right over gift, testament and sale, to keep landed property in family).
Not highly convincing that irrelevant excuses, and/or irrelevant digressions, must so much be created, in order not to give requested examples.
