I have the marriage information from searching US records and family stories. Maria Matilda and John were married 4 June 1894 in St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnsesota. They had two children, Arvid and Frances. She died in June of 1899 in Chicago. John then married Maria Sjoholm in October, 1899 in Chicago. Apprently he advertised for a Swedish wife right after Maria Matilda died. They also had two children, Harold John and Isidore. Maria died in Mosinee, Wisconsin in 1944.
