Yes, I believe this is him. He did live first in Greens Farms before moving to Southport. As Maria's last name was spelled Ohlson I'm doubting she was his sister. Don't know if it matters?
The fact that the similar name (which I know he shortened) and birth date on both the US draft craft and Swedish record are the same for a man leaving South Sweden around time I have him coming to Greens Farms seems way to coincidental. I believe it's a match.
Not sure why the naturalization paper is dated 14 years later, perhaps that's how it worked, but he would have been in Southport by then per the 1920 US Census.
Don't know next step but feel confident if we trace Josef's relatives in Sweden we'll come across ones that my Uncle Joseph C Olson from Westport, Conn. USA met with in Sweden during the 1970/80's.
