Hello, my name is Dale Alfred Nelson. This is my first post here.
There is a website devoted to silverware and its creators. I am a moderator at:

Many silversmiths in 19th land early 20th century were trained in Sweden, emigrated to North America and worked their art here. SMPSilverSalon is devoted to gathering information about silversmiths and their creations and their marking systems. We also try to get biographies of silversmiths on the site.
So, if you have any information about ancestors who were silversmiths, I believe the Swedish term is silbersmed or juvileri, you would like to share, we would be very happy to put your ancestor into our history. We also like pictures of silverware.
