Carl Fredrik Hallgren b. 1869 in Söderhamn, Gävleborg's county, listed in Census 1880 in Klara parish, Stockholm, residing with fosterparents. They were: Axel Gustaf Lindberger. b. 1850 and Josefina Charlotta Carlsson. I have not found him in emigration records yet. Probably you have to browse moving out records for Klara parish.
