Hi Jeff I am also related to these persons, Helena Persdotter was my (fmfm mmff m, like: fathersmother, fathersmother ...so on).
I do not have so much information to contribute with, but here is some:
Erik Hansson was soldier and went by the name Humla (or Humble). His soldier rotation was either in Mora company or in Gagnef company, both companies in Dalregementet. I can´t however find him in the Central Soldiers Register.
Karin was the mother of Helena. She died 28 Aug 1726 in Älvdalen and she was by that time 92 years old (born in 1634).
