Hi Curt, Here is a link to emigration documents from Nås.
There is no Christine in the group from Nås. There are however two families with children borned 1875.
Nr1. Tipers Lars Larsson, 1843 his wife Karin Halvarsdotter, 1840 their daughter Karin, 1873 their daughter Kerstin, 1875
Nr2 The widow of Hol Lars Larsson, Britta Ersdotter, 1852 her 5 children and among them: Hol Brita Larsdotter, 1875
Are Kerstin and Christine the same person? Kerstin could also be spelled Cherstin and she might have called herself Christine in Jerusalem.
From a relative in Chicago I have got more information about the group from Nås. Unfortunately it is written in swedish and I have not yet tried to translate it to english.
Karin Halvarsdotter is sister in law to one of my relatives.
Do you have any more information about your great grandmother? It would help to identfy her and find her swedish roots.
