Johan Albert Nilsson was not born in 1845, he was born on Nov 11th 1848 in S:t Olai parish (C:10 p.141). The incorrect year of birth seems to have occurred in the S:t Olai household records after 1868. In the last record that I have access to, which ends in 1895, it looks as if 45 has been changed to 48. In 1867 his older sister Johanna Albertina moved out and she was born in 1845.
This is what the family looked like in the 1863-68 household record. They lived at Qvadrat Skeppsholmen, and house owner was Motala Varv (=shipyard) (AI:64 p.201):

The family came from Nyköping in 1847. Johan Erik Nilsson died 21 May 1873 at Qvadrat Skeppsholmen, Norrköping S:t Olai (AI:72 p.200). I don't think that the name Skeppsholmen exists any longer, but I think that it was located in the harbour area, on the north shore. It was probably very close to Qvadrat Trätan.
Stigtomta, Svärta and Nyköping are all in Södermanland (Sörmland). I would think that Allhelgona in this case refers to a parish by that name in Nyköping (also called Hellgona or Nyköping Östra). But there is also a parish in the Skänninge area (in Östergötland) by that name.
Johan Albert Nilssons daughters Alfrida Matilda and Agda Elisabet was born 23 Jan 1879 at Qvadrat Knappen and 20 Apr 1882 at Qvadrat Trätan, both in S:t Olai parish. In the household record that starts in 1885 the family is transferred from S:t Olai to Hedvig parish, but they still live in the same Qvadrat.
